Sarah AI — India's first AI ad automation platform
Sarah AI is our own product, built in Bangalore. She writes ad copy, generates creative, selects targeting and launches Meta campaigns automatically, then monitors performance and flags what needs attention. What normally takes a media buyer a day takes Sarah minutes.
Sarah exists because we ran the manual version thousands of times ourselves. Every rule inside her comes from live campaign work across real estate, D2C, EdTech and local service businesses — not from a generic template library.
Custom automation workflows for real businesses
Outside advertising, most businesses lose hours every week to the same handful of manual tasks: copying leads between platforms, sending the same WhatsApp follow-up, chasing quotations, compiling reports, updating spreadsheets after every call.
We map those tasks, estimate the hours each one costs, and automate the ones with the clearest payback first. Typical builds include lead capture into CRM with instant WhatsApp acknowledgement, automated follow-up sequences, AI-summarised call notes, inventory and price-sheet syncing, and daily performance digests delivered to WhatsApp or email.
The stack we build on
We work with n8n, Make, Zapier, the WhatsApp Business API, Google Sheets and Workspace, common Indian CRMs, and custom API endpoints where an off-the-shelf connector does not exist. Model choice depends on the task — reasoning-heavy steps get a frontier model, high-volume classification gets something cheaper and faster.
Automations that touch ad accounts are wired directly into Meta and Google APIs, which is where our Meta Ads management experience keeps the logic honest. Automations that need a front end — a dashboard, a form, a client portal — are built by our web development team.
Built, documented and handed over
Every workflow ships with documentation and a Loom walkthrough so your team is not dependent on us to make small changes. We monitor for failures, review the workflows monthly, and report the hours saved so the investment is measurable rather than theoretical.
Data handling is deliberate: we use API endpoints that are not training-eligible, keep credentials in managed secret stores, and respect data residency requirements where they apply.
